Pyrenees: Ceret

This is a short calm walk within the boundaries of Ceret, 5 minutes from the old center.

Its a circular and flat trail which half is on paved road and half is along a water canal, sometimes on a narrow path. Most of the trail is under the trees so lots of shade. Its very quiet and green no buildings in vicinity and if you close your eyes in the middle of the way you can only imagine you are in a deep jungle excursion. Locals are using this trail as a jogging or walk trail.

 

So if you are only for a short exercise or just want to shed away few kilograms after a big french meal – this is the place to do it.
